These Terms govern your access and use of PrimoFiscal and its services at https://n8n.primofiscal.com. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate account information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and third-party platform policies
  • Use the platform responsibly, without engaging in misuse, spam, scraping violations, unauthorized automation, or security breaches

We reserve the right to investigate and take action on suspicious or high-risk activity to protect platform stability.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Any activity carried out under your account
  • Ensuring integrations (Google, Meta, SMTP, APIs, etc.) comply with their respective provider policies

We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear compromised or harmful.

3. Payments, Billing & Renewals

  • All paid plans are billed upfront.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Invoices are final except under our 7-day refund policy.
  • Pricing may be updated; existing users will be notified in advance.

4. Acceptable Use Restrictions

You may not:

  • Automate activities that violate third-party terms
  • Use PrimoFiscal for spam, phishing, mass unsolicited communication, or harmful scripts
  • Try to circumvent rate limits, API caps, or security systems
  • Copy, redistribute, or replicate proprietary elements of the platform
  • Monitor or scrape internal systems without permission

Violations may lead to account suspension or permanent termination.

5. Service Availability

We strive for stable uptime and consistent performance, but:

  • Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, third-party failures, or unforeseen issues
  • We are not liable for financial loss, reputational impact, or operational downtime resulting from automation errors or external service failures

The platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • PrimoFiscal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Your total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • High-risk actions that jeopardize infrastructure or other users

You may cancel anytime from your dashboard settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated version.
