At PrimoFiscal, we want you to feel confident when choosing our automation platform. We offer a 7-day refund guarantee on all initial purchases made through https://n8n.primofiscal.com so new users can try the product risk-free.
Eligibility
Refunds are approved when:
- The request is made within 7 calendar days of the first purchase.
- The account has not violated our Terms of Service.
- The user provides a brief explanation of the issue or dissatisfaction.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
To maintain fairness and platform integrity, we do not issue refunds for:
- Subscription renewals
- Past invoices
- Payment failures caused by the customer’s bank or card
- Accounts flagged for abuse, suspicious activity, or breach of ToS
- Situations where a user simply forgot to cancel before renewal
- Usage-heavy accounts where the majority of features have been used extensively within the trial window
How to Request a Refund
Email support@n8n.primofiscal.com with:
- Your full name
- Registered email address
- Transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days, depending on your payment provider.
